Program Director & Host of the Morning Show
Jack is a seasoned radio veteran who comes to us with a great love for radio, but also for chickens, goats and any other farm animals. He and his wife have been married for more than 20 years, have two children and they love farm life. If you've heard him on the air, you'll know he's excited about being Farmer Jack! The Robertsons are very active in church and Jack has been a great blessing to Renew. Early on he played a big part in helping get some things in order here at the station and Jack now serves as Program Director of Renew! Start your day with the Morning Show with Jack!
Email Jack, request a song, ask him about his farm, whatever...: email@example.com
Host of the Afternoon Show
Phillip was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana, home of those bearded "Duck Dynasty" fellows. He and his wife, Amy, are parents to four girls (we need to pray for them)! The Brooks are very active in their church and Phillip serves as Media Director. He started with Renew by occasionally filling in back in 2017, and now he’s the host of Afternoons with Phillip. He brings over 20 years of radio experience with him so we’re extremely happy to have Phillip with us.
Hit Phillip up with questions, comments, song requests, etc.: firstname.lastname@example.org
Joseph is a Smith County boy who teaches at Taylorsville High School. He and his wife, Katherine, have one child that is keeping them on their toes! As you probably know, Renew's underwriters are the superheroes who keep us on the air and Joseph works directly with those our underwriters. He and the family are active at First Baptist Mize and he loves being part of missions trips whenever possible.
Joseph can be reached at email@example.com.
Pam keeps our finances in order. Pam married her sweetheart, Rickey, and moved to Magee in the 90’s. She and Rickey have two of the sweetest kids and own a business here in Magee that keeps them very busy. We appreciate all you do to keep things in order, Pam. We want to apologize for when we don’t turn in our receipts on time. We’ll try to do better.
Social Media / Website
Hannah is a Magee, from Magee. She's one of four Magee girls in her family and we consider ourselves extremely blessed to have her handling our social media and website. You can thank her for all the great posts, especially those that make you LOL! Hannah recently finished her Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, with a minor in Marking at Southern Miss. (To The Top!) She now works in banking.
Gene Amason II
Gene has been with the station from the beginning. It was actually his pops who first said, “We need to build a radio station for Magee”. Pops passed away in 2015 and Gene pushed forward with the vision. As Pastor of Church Alive, Gene loves seeing God work in the lives of others. He's married to the foxy, Regina Amason, a psychometrist. The couple have two children - which is more than enough for them! Gene was a Marketing major at The University of Southern Mississippi and also earned an MBA from William Carey University. When Gene can't be located, he's most likely running, biking, swimming or at the gym. He’s big into the sport of triathlon and has raced in ten Ironman events (three 140.6 & seven 70.3) finishing them all.
